How is DMS Sync priced?

Pricing is per project, scaled by the number of platforms connected and the sync volume. Most customers land between €X and €Y per project per month. We don't publish public pricing yet — book a demo and we'll tailor a quote to your stack.

Can we start with a trial?

Yes. We offer trial periods scaled to project size — typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on the scope and number of platforms involved. Trials use your real platforms and project data so you can validate the workflow end-to-end. Ask during the demo.

Where is our data hosted?

All sync workers run in eu-west-1 (Ireland). Files transit through the workers but are never retained — only metadata and audit logs are stored. Your source and destination DMS platforms keep the actual file storage as before.

Is DMS Sync secure for enterprise use?

Yes. Tenant data is fully isolated, role-based access control governs who can configure sync tasks, OAuth integration is supported for every major platform, and the application supports SSO for enterprise IT. Every action is logged in an immutable audit trail.

Which file types are supported?

Any file your source and destination DMSes support: PDF, DWG, RVT, IFC (2x3, 4, 4x3), DOCX, XLSX, and standard office and CAD formats. Multi-gigabyte models transfer via chunked upload sessions where the destination API allows.

Can we use DMS Sync as a one-time migration tool?

Yes. Run a one-shot sync task to backfill an entire folder set from one DMS into another, preserving structure, metadata and revision history. Then archive the task once the migration completes.

What if my company uses a DMS that isn't listed?

We're happy to build a connector for it. If a customer needs a platform we don't support yet — whether it's a regional DMS, an in-house tool, or a less common product — we treat it as part of onboarding and add it. Tell us which DMS you use during the demo and we'll scope the connector together.
