Yes. We offer trial periods scaled to project size — typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on the scope and number of platforms involved. Trials use your real platforms and project data so you can validate the workflow end-to-end. Ask during the demo.
All sync workers run in eu-west-1 (Ireland). Files transit through the workers but are never retained — only metadata and audit logs are stored. Your source and destination DMS platforms keep the actual file storage as before.
Yes. Tenant data is fully isolated, role-based access control governs who can configure sync tasks, OAuth integration is supported for every major platform, and the application supports SSO for enterprise IT. Every action is logged in an immutable audit trail.
Any file your source and destination DMSes support: PDF, DWG, RVT, IFC (2x3, 4, 4x3), DOCX, XLSX, and standard office and CAD formats. Multi-gigabyte models transfer via chunked upload sessions where the destination API allows.
Yes. Run a one-shot sync task to backfill an entire folder set from one DMS into another, preserving structure, metadata and revision history. Then archive the task once the migration completes.
